For What Purposes Do We Process Your Personal Data, What Is the Legal Basis for Processing, and How Long Do We Process It?

We may process your Personal Data for the following purposes:

  1. Enabling your registration on the Portal, as well as allowing login to the Portal after the initial registration;
  2. Executing the contract concluded between us and you, i.e., enabling the creation of waybills and accompanying documentation (invoices) for customs clearance of shipments (export and import shipments), as well as allowing you, after creating and printing the waybill, to select or reserve a time slot for our courier to come and pick up the shipment for dispatch, and processing payments for services provided through the Portal;
